Lancaster homicide victim identified

first_imgLANCASTER – A man gunned down Sunday while waving an advertising in Quartz Hill was identified today as 22-year-old Derel Smith of Lancaster, a sheriff’s official said. He was pronounced dead a short time later at a local hospital. His body was found on the southeast corner of 45th Street West and Avenue K.
