It’s a first for Cadogan and one of only a handful of retrofitted UK PassivHaus buildings.Hugh Seaborn, CEO of Cadogan, said, “126 Pavilion Road has set a new precedent in environmental performance, meeting the demand for an energy-efficient property in a highly desirable location. We will closely monitor its performance over the next 12 months – in terms of energy efficiency and wellbeing benefits for its residents – before deciding whether to roll out these measures more widely within our residential portfolio.”Louisa Woodbridge, Head of Residential, added, “It will be incredibly fuel efficient, with heating bills as little as £20 for the year. The high performance insulation and triple glazed windows will also ensure it is extremely peaceful, protected from any noise pollution.”PassivHaus status Chelsea mews energy performance September 18, 2017The NegotiatorWhat’s your opinion?
